Job Description

• Help us build a world‑class sales development team.
• Leverage the SaaS/Predictable Revenue sales model in a 100% remote environment, solving challenges such as experience levels, teamwork with AEs, opportunity QA, forecasting accuracy, pipeline and overall CRM hygiene without face‑to‑face interaction.
• Train the team to understand client needs and specifications in order to generate qualified opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with remote co‑workers at every level of the organization.
• Participate in special projects designed to improve the company and product offering.

• A strong, highly communicative manager with a mind for teamwork and solving unique challenges.
• A fantastic judge of talent, a great coach, and a top‑notch mentor.
• Experienced managing in a fast‑paced sales environment, preferably with a remote component.
• Extremely well‑acquainted with VC‑funding, venture‑backed startups, and high‑growth companies.
