Remote Area Sales Manager (Full-Time

Role: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities of electrical safety solutions for the West Coast of the USA and Canada.

• Driving sales of DC & AC electrical equipment across railways, transit, mining, and industrial sectors.
• Coordinating with headquarters and internal teams to implement sales strategies.
• Expanding market presence in existing and new sectors.
• Supporting product management and marketing with market insights.
• Managing key client relationships and presenting offers to customers and partners.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors to adapt strategies.
• Collaborating with R&D, marketing, and business development teams to influence product evolution.

• 5-8 years of experience in international B2B sales of technical electrical products.
• Technical degree in electrical engineering or power electronics; commercial education is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in high/medium voltage, railway traction, power transmission, renewable energy, or e-mobility sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, opportunity-driven mindset with leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently, develop strategic communication, and manage projects.
• Willingness to travel frequently and engage directly with clients.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
