JC Prime Insurance is a nationally ranked Top 1% producing Allstate agency servicing Ohio, Indiana and Michigan with over $30 million in P&C premium written since launching in 2019. We are hiring licensed, remote Insurance Sales Agents to join our high-performing team and help drive continued growth.

This role is ideal for driven and coachable sales professionals who want competitive compensation, leads, and a structured environment built for success. Our agents work 100 percent remote with full access to our systems, coaching, and daily support.

Compensation: 45K Base salary + uncapped commission. Top performers earn 100k+ with monthly bonuses available.

Work Environment: Fully remote, leads provided, fast-paced, goal-oriented.

• Provide accurate quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales
• Handle a steady flow of inbound leads generated through marketing and telemarketing teams
• Leverage extensive lead resources to make outbound calls to connect with new prospects and follow up on pipeline opportunities
• Use CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline and daily activity
• Participate in JC PRIME U (2-week remote onboarding) and ongoing coaching
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while working remotely
• Contribute to a competitive, high-performance sales culture

• * Active P&C or Personal Lines License required
• * Prior insurance sales, inside sales, or call center experience required
• * Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• * Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment
• * Self-motivated, accountable, and able to thrive remotely
• * Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
