Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently hiring for a Territory Manager based in Northern Ontario
. This home office-based role requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory and periodic travel to our Global Headquarters in Acton, Ontario. Up to 60% travel is required.
Reporting to the VP of Canadian & International Sales
, the Territory Manager is responsible for growing Superior Glove's presence throughout Northern Ontario by building strong relationships with distributors and developing demand with end-users across key industries. You'll provide product training, conduct joint customer visits, identify new business opportunities, and position Superior Glove as a trusted hand safety partner. Success in this role requires strong business development skills, disciplined territory management, and the ability to independently execute sales strategies using Salesforce CRM.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners throughout the territory.
- Deliver product training and education to distributors and customers to support product knowledge and sales growth.
- Conduct joint sales calls with distributors and engage directly with end-users to identify opportunities and improve hand safety programs.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, utilities, food processing, construction, and other industrial sectors.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and position Superior Glove as a trusted technical partner.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans while expanding existing distributor business.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
- Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training to continuously strengthen technical and commercial expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within industrial products, PPE, safety equipment, or a related industry.
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, and end-users.
- Demonstrated success developing new business opportunities through consultative selling.
- Working knowledge of the industrial safety or PPE market.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform to manage opportunities and customer activity.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a remote territory.
