SYNERGY Home Care of Northern Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Professional to grow our referral network and deliver high-quality home care. This mostly remote role involves face-to-face meetings with referral sources, with only one weekly in-office meeting.
You will develop and execute sales plans, build relationships with hospitals, nursing facilities, physicians, and care managers, and leverage CRM tools to convert prospects into loyal clients.
