Empire Off Campus Housing is seeking a Market Development Intern to own and grow a single market remotely. You will identify landlords, conduct outreach by phone, email, and text, build a landlord database, and guide onboarding while reporting weekly progress.
You will work independently with minimal supervision, gain hands-on sales and market research experience, and earn commissions with no cap; interns should be enrolled as undergraduates in New York and commit at least 5 hours per week.
