Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to expand our footprint across the Midwest by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to our partners. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth while helping clients solve complex business challenges through a consultative sales approach.

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to generate new business opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new client relationships.
• Build strong partnerships with insurance carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Conduct meaningful discovery conversations to understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation handoff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and solutions are delivered successfully.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce.
• Represent IMPAXX at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets.

• 6-8 years of successful sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of prospecting, building pipelines, and closing new business.
• Experience carrying and achieving quota-driven goals.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive-level decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience in insurance, workers' compensation, claims, investigations, case management, or related industries preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
