Resident Design Release Engineer

Working as Resident design release engineer (remote work after training) to follow up GM requirement, manage the EWO/TWO, and follow up the quality issue including warranty parts, working with engineers.

Sales Engineering responsibilities include researching and developing new markets and products through customer engineering departments, processing customer claims, and supervising industry and competition analysis from a technical aspect.

Sales duties involve planning and budgeting, processing sales forecasts, sales promotion, supervising quotations and price negotiations, sales contracts, assisting the A/R Department with collections, and maintaining good relationships with customers.

Sales Coordination tasks include maintaining good communications with customers and outside sales representatives, processing custom product specifications, working with the Sales Assistant to ensure current schedules, updating shipping confirmation with the Traffic Department and Sales Assistant, and demonstrating products to existing and potential customers.

Marketing responsibilities include supervising market research, conducting and reviewing industry and competition analysis, conducting product life evaluation studies, and building marketing strategies.

Sales Analysis involves processing sales analysis by customer and product on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Advice to Customers includes assisting technical support, addressing quality issues, and providing assistance with customer claims.

Other responsibilities include special assignments as requested by the Supervisor.
