This is a remote position with preference for residency in New Mexico and Western Texas. The Regional Sales Manager - GDS will build the Draeger Fire and Gas Detection Systems business in the assigned territory, focusing on oil, gas and petrochemical segments, and manage manufacturer representatives to meet sales targets.
Compensation includes a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 with uncapped commission; OTE is $120,000–$125,000 annually at 100% quota. Residency within NM or Western TX is required.
