Hyperion Dev in Durban is seeking a Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth within the admissions function. You will coordinate the admissions team, implement engagement strategies, and directly contribute 25–50% of your time to sales calls and closing deals.
You will define admissions strategy with the Director of Revenue, manage KPIs, and lead a growing team in a remote-friendly, hybrid setup with occasional Cape Town office visits.
