We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Livestream Sales Manager to grow our business through Chinese social media platforms and livestream selling.
This is a sales leadership role. Your main responsibility is to build the Company’s presence in the China market, generate customers and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute sales strategies across China social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat and other relevant channels.
Conduct regular livestream sessions to promote the Company’s products and services.
Present products confidently, engage viewers and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the Company.
Develop livestream concepts, promotional campaigns, product bundles and sales offers.
Build and manage the Company’s Chinese-speaking customer community.
Follow up with leads through social media, WeChat and other communication channels.
Monitor livestream performance, customer engagement, conversion rates and sales results.
Produce or coordinate Chinese-language content, including short videos, captions and promotional posts.
Study competitor activities and identify new opportunities within the China social media market.
Work closely with the marketing, operations and sales teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and customer service.
Prepare regular sales reports and recommend actions to improve performance.
Performance will be evaluated based on:
Monthly sales achieved
Livestream sales conversion rate
Revenue generated from China social media platforms
Number and quality of livestream sessions conducted
Growth of qualified leads and customer database
Customer engagement and repeat purchases
Return on promotional and advertising expenditure
Strong experience in sales, livestream selling, social commerce or digital marketing.
Familiar with platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin and WeChat.
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
Confident, energetic and persuasive in front of the camera.
Strong sales-closing and customer relationship skills.
Able to plan campaigns independently and take ownership of sales results.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Experience managing livestream hosts, creators or social media accounts will be an advantage.
Knowledge of watches, jewellery, lifestyle products, Feng Shui products or related services will be an advantage.
We are not simply looking for someone to post content or host live streams. We are looking for a commercially minded sales professional who can turn attention into enquiries, enquiries into customers and customers into long-term revenue.
The successful candidate must be proactive, accountable and hungry to achieve results.
