Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager to lead service sales for retrofit installations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Remote from home with 1–2 trips per quarter, you will prepare proposals, coordinate with engineering, and grow the service business across a broad range of industries.
You will manage relationships with customers and sales channels, negotiate terms, and forecast orders while ensuring cost and schedule goals are met. Strong project management and HVAC knowledge are essential.
