Must Have Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Active Property & Casualty Producers insurance license in home state plus at least 44 additional states required prior to hire.

The Inbound Sales Representative – Pet Insurance is responsible for driving new pet insurance policy sales by engaging directly with pet parents through inbound calls, email, and chat in a fast-paced contact center environment across the Client States. Guided by our purpose—always with you, building a more confident future—and aligned with ***’s growth strategy, this role plays a critical part in expanding access to affordable pet insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries from pet parents to educate, recommend, and sell pet insurance policies.
Optimize inbound leads and manage time effectively to consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
Build strong rapport with customers by reinforcing the value of ***’s brand and pet insurance products while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently to minimize wait times and support customer retention.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain coverage options, benefits, and policy details.
