Role Description The Account Executive Imaging role is a full-time hybrid position based in State College, PA area, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing imaging and document solutions opportunities with new and existing clients across the region. Day-to-day work includes prospecting and lead generation, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions for office equipment and document management.
The Account Executive will manage the sales cycle from initial contact through closing, coordinate with service and support teams to ensure successful implementation, and maintain ongoing account relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves utilizing a CRM system, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about industry trends and emerging document technologies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales prospecting, account management, and relationship building with business and institutional clients.
- Ability to assess client workflows and propose office equipment and imaging solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including experience using CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including in-person client visits in State College, PA and surrounding areas, and remote administrative work.
- Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in office technology, imaging, or document management, familiarity with the Central PA and Maryland markets, and a valid driver’s license for regional travel.
- Preferred education:
associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in B2B sales.
