• Represent Dexcom by calling on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other diabetes care institutions, providing technical expertise on product use to support continued and expanded adoption.
• Influence and support high- and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other healthcare professionals, office/hospital staff, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into clinical practice.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote Dexcom products to a broad diabetes community.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
• Partner with market access, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth.
• Work to increase Dexcom’s market share and meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs in line with company expectations.
• Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress toward sales goals using Dexcom analytical tools.
• Meet and manage territory sales goals and complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration with district and territory sales teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record as determined by company policy.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Previous medical and pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven sales track record is preferred; non-medical or pharmaceutical sales experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of diabetes disease state is a plus.

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience. Remote workplace: your location will be a home office; not required to live within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120 km). A hybrid option may be available for residents within commuting distance.
