We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our successful growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely and in the office while helping clients secure insurance coverage that fits their lives. • Competitive base pay plus 8% commission and performance bonuses with first-year earning potential of $70,000+
• 30% commission on year-end life insurance premium
• $1,000 licensing bonus ($500 for P&C, $500 for Life & Health)
• Paid membership to weekly online sales coaching

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred, bonus eligible for already having obtained them
• Must be willing to obtain P&C license before employment, bonus eligible after obtaining license
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Friendly, approachable, and confident communication skills
• Not afraid to fail, with a growth mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Comfortable with technology and virtual collaboration

• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients
• Build and manage relationships with referral partners and centers of influence
• Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
• Answer inbound calls and assist existing clients
• Represent the agency in the community through outreach and engagement
