Location: South Easton
QXO is seeking a sales/customer service professional to elevate the customer experience and support Beacon’s sales efforts. You will partner with the branch manager and outside reps to improve service and drive order efficiency.
You will manage orders, check stock, suggest add-ons, and collect feedback while serving as the primary contact for key customers during issue resolution via calls and emails. Travel up to 25% may be required.
