About the role Lucid Software is seeking an experienced EMEA Enterprise Expansion Account Executive who is fluent in Nordic languages to support and accelerate growth within our largest customer accounts across the EMEA region. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to expand our footprint within existing enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth. What you'll do Lead the expansion efforts within existing enterprise accounts across the EMEA region, focusing on clients in the Nordic markets.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current accounts by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and virtual meetings, to uncover additional opportunities for growth.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging tailored to the Nordic markets.
Work with product teams to relay customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and positioning strategies.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account activity reports to management.
Support customer success teams by ensuring a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing account management.
Participate in regional events, webinars, and industry conferences to promote Lucid's solutions and strengthen market presence.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Lucid's product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively position solutions and articulate value propositions.
Assist in developing sales enablement materials and training to improve team effectiveness.
Support the development of regional sales strategies aligned with global corporate objectives.
Engage in continuous learning to stay current with SaaS industry developments, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet regional growth targets and support company initiatives.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS or software sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts or product-led growth environments.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and execute them effectively.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as , with a strong focus on pipeline management and forecasting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with in-person attendance at the Amsterdam office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics.
Knowledge of the SaaS industry, enterprise software solutions, and the competitive landscape in the Nordic markets.
Nice to have Experience closing high-value, consultative sales deals in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Familiarity with sales acceleration tools such as Gong, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and Clari.
Ability to guide potential clients through technical discussions and demonstrate product value effectively.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience working in or with companies targeting the Nordic markets.
