Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, personal training revenue, and overall club performance through exceptional leadership, relationship building, and sales execution. This role leads the club's sales efforts by generating new memberships, developing community partnerships, coaching the sales team, and delivering an outstanding member experience from first contact through long-term retention. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, passionate about fitness, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Achieve and exceed monthly membership and revenue goals.

Lead daily sales activities including tours, consultations, follow-up calls, referrals, and outreach.

Coach and motivate the sales team.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to improve results.

Conduct daily sales meetings, role-playing, and ongoing training.

Set up corporate memberships.

Attend events to drive sales.

Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.

Execute internal and external marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads.

Organize promotional events, open houses, and membership drives.

Maintain an active pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referral programs.

Deliver an exceptional first impression for every prospective member.

Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members.

Build long-term relationships that promote member retention and referrals.

Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently.

Promote personal training and recovery services through effective needs-based selling.

Collaborate with fitness staff to maximize member engagement and program participation.

Support sales initiatives that increase ancillary revenue.

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.

Ensure all membership agreements and documentation are completed accurately.

Follow UFC GYM operational standards and company policies.

Assist with front desk operations and club events as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industries.

Previous leadership or management experience preferred.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Self-motivated with a competitive and positive attitude.

Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
