As a Remote Insurance Representative, you'll educate clients, provide exceptional service, and build lasting relationships throughout the customer journey.

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone appointments.

• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.

• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

• Evaluate client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.

• Guide members through the enrollment process.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after enrollment.

• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.

Work remotely anywhere in the United States.
