Cambridge CB4 Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 16:30 Spanish & Portuguese Speaking Salary: £15 per hour REED Business Support are delighted to represent our client who are urgently seeking a Spanish/Portuguese speaking candidate for a Customer Service/Sales support role. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who is comfortable handling phone queries and engaging in sales activities.

Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Using Sales Force Chasing Leads/Sales Engage in lead generation and sales calls to meet daily and monthly targets. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact to achieve sales goals. Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date and accurate.

Analyse sales data to drive and improve the sales process. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in Spanish & Portuguese. Must be reliable and diligent Proven experience in customer service and sales environments. Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Skilled in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. Benefits:
