Revenx in the United States is seeking a high-level Client Success Manager to strengthen relationships with financial advisor clients based in South Africa. This remote role focuses on onboarding, retention, and guiding clients toward fast wins and a strong ROI from our appointment programs.
You will run onboarding calls, set expectations, manage calendars, monitor account health, and drive renewals, all while maintaining professional, proactive, and customer-centric communication.
