Aura is seeking a Customer Loyalty Representative to join our remote, US-based teams. In this full-time role you will handle inbound cancellations, reach out to at-risk customers, and promote Aura's identity, privacy and security solutions to help protect customers online.
You will work from home, 9am–6pm MT with some weekend coverage. We value candidates with 1–2 years in sales/retention, strong communication, a proactive mindset, and a team-first attitude.
