Accela is seeking a dynamic, business-minded attorney to partner with our Sales, Business Development, and Partner teams to drive deals and scale a global SaaS business. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the U.S.
It may occasionally require travel for team or company events. You will craft and negotiate SaaS, partner, reseller, and services agreements, coordinating with outside counsel and internal teams to shepherd transactions through the lifecycle from initial contact to close.
