Inside Sales Specialist

Robert Half is seeking hybrid Inside Sales Specialist for a large healthcare client. This is a primarily remote position, with the Inside Sales Specialist being responsible for inbound customer support through enrollment and health plan processes. Based around Omaha, NE, this is a contract opportunity with the possibility for extension or conversion. This role also has the opportunity for a shift-differential for candidates open to later hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to inbound customer calls seeking information and enrollment assistance.
• Determining the nature of the customer inquiry and taking down intake information.
• Educating and guiding Medicare prospects and members through the sales process to help identify the best plan options for their needs.
• Directing the candidate call to the appropriate team members to complete customer enrollment.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospects, members, and broker partners.
• Ensuring all sales activities comply with health plan, Medicare, and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions, sales activities, and enrollment information.
• Providing professional, solution-focused support to address questions and resolve issues.

Training hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm CST.

Business hours are 8am - 8:00pm, with a priority for 11:30am-8pm shifts.
