Humana Inc. is seeking a dedicated Specialty Retention Executive to grow membership within existing accounts and manage business relationships with client accounts. This remote role involves retaining and expanding in 2–99 specialty portfolios including Dental, Vision and Life.
You will collaborate with brokers, negotiate contracts, and drive retention and add-on sales. Scheduled 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, with a pay range reflecting base salary and commission potential.
