Lonza is seeking an EMEA – Associate Director, Business Development to drive new growth across the region. The role focuses on mammalian and drug product services, ADC solutions, and leading opportunities from initial contact through to deal closure.
You will build strategic partnerships, manage customer engagements, and communicate Lonza's capabilities at conferences and with cross-functional teams. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel up to 50% across Europe.
