Position: Inside Sales Specialist (Licensed)
Description Robert Half is seeking Remote Inside Sales Support Specialists for a large healthcare client. This is a primarily remote position (may need to go in for meetings occasionally), with the Inside Sales Specialist being responsible for inbound customer support through enrollment and health plan processes. Based around St. Louis, MO this is a contract opportunity with the possibility for extension or conversion.

Respond to inbound customer calls seeking information and enrollment assistance. Determine the nature of the customer inquiry and take down intake information. Educate and guide Medicare prospects and members through the sales process to help identify the best plan options for their needs. Direct the candidate call to the appropriate team members to complete customer enrollment. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, members, and broker partners.

Ensure all sales activities comply with health plan, Medicare, and regulatory requirements. Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and enrollment information. Provide detail oriented, solution-focused support to address questions and resolve issues. Training hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm CST. Business hours are 8am - 8:00pm, with a priority for 11:30am-8pm shifts. Requirements Must have a valid license and be able to provide National Producer Number (NPN) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required Prior contact center experience with inbound and outbound calls 1-3 years of experience within Health Plan sales, broker relationship and/or inside sales Talent Match®
