Job Description

Launch a high-income career in Property & Casualty Insurance with a $37,440 base salary plus advanced commissions based on your potential. Our compensation plan ensures you’ll earn at least $75,000 to $95,000 in your first year, with top performers on track for $300,000-$400,000 W-2 income within 6 years.

This role is in-office for the first 90 days to provide hands-on training and support. You’ll learn our proven sales process from experienced producers, and join senior producers in client meetings as you build your book of business.

We provide a customized training plan based on your experience, with the opportunity to earn CRIS, TRIP, or CIC designations.

Plus our unique employment agreement provides for lucrative equity accumulation and potential to join the agency as a partner/owner

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial clients, with a focus on transportation and construction businesses.
• Consult with business owners to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions.
• Collaborate with our experienced account managers to ensure top-tier service for your clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, coverage options, and market opportunities.
• Follow a proven sales system designed for long-term success.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
• Licensing:
  Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license - we will cover all licensing costs
