• Meet pre-qualified leads provided by Closet Factory (no cold calling required)
• Visit clients in their homes to assess needs and design custom organizational solutions
• Design spaces using CAD tools or design software (we provide training)
• Present your design vision and pricing with clarity and confidence
• Build trust, close the sale, and manage customer relationships
• Enhance your customer base via networking and social media

• 100% Commission-Based Role - high earnings potential
• No cold calling - all leads are company-generated and pre-qualified
• Paid training program - learn our systems and sales process
• Flexible schedule - set your own operating hours (consistent 35-40 hours per week expected) and office from home. Evenings or weekends may be required.

• Lives in or near Mooresville or Cornelius, NC
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possesses a natural ability for sales and customer service
• Demonstrates an eye for design, space planning, and aesthetics
• Is self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
• Has access to a vehicle for client site visits
• Is proficient with computer skills (able to learn CAD)
