Bright!
Tax is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to serve as the front door for all prospective clients. You will triage inquiries from email, forms, calls, and chat, capture context in Hub Spot, and route to the appropriate Engagement Specialist or close when appropriate.
You’ll expand the referral network, conduct voice-of-the-client outreach with current clients, and feed insights to Marketing and Client Success to shape how we sell and serve.
