Senior Inside Sales Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to an established portfolio of customers, partnering with schools to successfully adopt, expand, and maximize the value of digital learning solutions. You'll build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, gaining a deep understanding of their goals, challenges, and evolving needs. Through consultative conversations and strategic account management, you'll identify opportunities to enhance the teaching and learning experience, increase customer adoption, and drive long-term customer growth and retention.
This role combines customer relationship management, solution consulting, and account expansion to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers while fostering lasting partnerships.
- Owning print renewals and identifying top print opportunities each quarter for digital conversion.
- Proactively engaging with customers via health check‑in calls to understand their needs and uncover digital courseware opportunities.
- Conducting sales demos using our digital content platforms like CIMA and Exam Ready.
- Growing accounts through quarterly check‑ins, assessments, sales pitches, demos, and strong closings.
- Handing off converted digital accounts to the Customer Success Manager.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or educational technology implementation.
- Proven track record to lead onboarding and training programs for institutional clients.
- Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills to influence faculty and leadership toward digital adoption.
- Proficiency in analyzing usage data, identifying risk signals, and accomplishing intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital learning platforms.
- Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously and driving expansion opportunities within existing portfolios.
