Highgate Hotels is seeking a Remote Hawaii Complex Group Sales Manager to drive group sales for Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach and The Royal Lahaina Resort in Maui. The role requires extensive travel, relationship-building with top accounts, and strategic planning to maximize occupancy and ADR.
You will develop strategies, conduct client visits, and coordinate with the sales team to meet revenue targets. Willingness to work long hours is expected in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
