About the role: We are looking for a Program Director to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting virtual strategy meetings, addressing questions and concerns, helping families determine the best-fit program, and supporting them through the enrollment decision. This role offers an On-Target Earnings with a base salary of $80,000 and uncapped quarterly commissions with an average total compensation between $120,000 and $200,000.

As a Program Director, your role involves understanding families’ needs and goals, articulating Zenith’s value propositions, and providing solutions to help them achieve their college admissions goals.
Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate is an excellent communicator who builds trust quickly and confidently guides families through important educational decisions. They are highly organized, results-oriented, and able to balance relationship building with achieving enrollment goals. Strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple family relationships are essential. Previous experience in admissions, consultative sales, education, customer success, or account management is preferred.
An educational background is not required, but is considered a plus.
- Conduct virtual Strategy Overview Meetings with families via Zoom to discuss program recommendations, answer questions, and guide enrollment decisions.
- Review family goals, student needs, and admissions recommendations to personalize each consultation.
- Address objections, discuss program options, and educate families on available services and guarantees.
- Guide families through the enrollment process while maintaining a consultative, family-first approach.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective families via email and phone to provide updates, answer questions, and support them through next steps.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate family information, meeting outcomes, enrollment status, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all family interactions and enrollment outcomes.
- Complete required internal documentation related to underwriting requests, enrollment contracts, and family communications.
- Review and stay current with training updates, including company-wide and department-specific information.
- Participate in bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with leadership to review performance, goals, coaching, and professional development.
- Attend daily team meetings to discuss enrollment trends, share best practices, and collaborate on family support strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with Admissions, Family Success, Educational Strategists, Operations, and Leadership to ensure a consistent and exceptional family experience.
- Stay informed on program offerings, pricing, policies, and company initiatives to effectively educate families.
- 2+ years of experience in admissions, education, consultative sales, customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding expectations, targets, and goals in previous roles
- Ability to work one of the weekend days (Sat or Sun) consistently – Because our clients are working parents and middle school/high school students, there will be meetings on weekdays and weekends. However, you will have the flexibility to choose when you start/end work each day and which days you want to have meetings.
