You are ultimately responsible for driving client retention and growth through identifying strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities that benefit our clients in Australia.
Key responsibilities include:- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, understanding their BPM strategy, challenges, and team structure.
- Lead software demonstrations and lead POVs in collaboration with a Customer Success Manager, to drive adoption and client success.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, supporting renewals and business growth with compelling business cases.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer success stories, case studies, and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse client software and services usage
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maintain client account health
- Maintain CRM and documentation of client interactions
- Minimum of 15 years corporate work experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience in:
- the Business/Digital Transformation industry
- spotting product/service expansion opportunities
- positioning products and services to clients
- customer retention
- Experience working as an Account Manager serving Western markets
- Exposure to Business Process Management/Operational excellence
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills with a neutral accent
Location:
- Remote role (work from home)
- Monday to Friday Working hours:
4:30 am 1:30 pm IST
