Humana is seeking a Specialty Retention Executive to grow membership within existing accounts and strengthen relationships with brokers and agents. This remote role focuses on retaining and expanding 2–99 Specialty accounts and delivering on retention and add-on sales goals.
Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, building partnerships with brokers, and guiding retention campaigns across Dental, Vision, and Life lines. Travel may be required for training or meetings.
