At Art of Drawers, the Kitchen Desgin Consultants are the lifeblood of the company. They turn the frustrations and problems our clients have with their living spaces into a beautiful enjoyment of their homes.
You will work directly for the owner, who was named the Franchise Partner of the Year in 2025 and knows how to sucessfully onboard and train nop-notch designers.
- Pay Range: Listed pay of $80 to $120 per hour
- Bonus Structure: Monthly bonus based upon revenue per appointment

Schedule:
Set your schedule (e.g., I'm available Tuesdays - Thursdays) - Hybrid Remote: 90% in-home appointments and 10% work from home
- Employee Discounts: 50% off all products
- Transparent Hiring Process: We contact applicants with relevant experience within 24 hours
- Convert leads to clients by conducting in-home design appointments with company-provided and self-generated client leads.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members and upload leads, orders, estimates, designs, and photos promptly.
- Provide a platinum level of service and grow your client base.
- Strong organizational and oral/written professional communication skills.
- Friendly, goal-oriented, and driven nature.
- Have your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable transportation.
- Within 24 hours, phone Interview
- Within 48 hours, in-person interview
- Within 7 days, offer letter and lunch with the owner
- Train and onboard in as little as two weeks
