We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining project details, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain real estate projects and address customer queries.
• Qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements.
• Schedule site visits and follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with existing leads to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer appointments.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 year to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Comfortable working with CRM, Google Sheets, or MS Excel.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Good internet connectivity and a laptop/mobile for remote work.
