As a Remote Sales Associate
, you will meet virtually with prospective clients who have requested information about available benefit options. You'll educate clients, identify solutions based on their individual needs, and guide them through the enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer service.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating with people, and working in a goal-oriented environment.

• Conduct virtual appointments using Zoom and phone.
• Build rapport with prospective and existing clients.
• Educate clients on available benefit and coverage options.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional relationships through ongoing follow-up.
• Accurately document client interactions using company systems.
• Participate in virtual meetings, coaching sessions, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to achieve individual and team goals.
