As a Sales Associate,you'll engage with customers through inbound and outbound interactions, helping them evaluate products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll combine consultative selling, relationship building, and problem-solving to create value for customers and drive results. You'll receive the training, tools, and support needed to succeed while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Get toDo

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls while delivering a positive customer experience
• Present products, services, and promotional offers using approved scripts or customized presentations based on customer needs
• Build rapport, answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Accurately collect, verify, and update customer information in company systems
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and upsell opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales goals, quality standards, and productivity expectations to maximize bonus opportunities
• Document customer interactions and elevate complex issues when appropriate

What You Need

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
• Reliable high-speed internet service through a wired broadband provider (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload); cellular hotspots and wireless-only connections are not permitted
• Dedicated private workspace with a door that can be closed and secured during working hours
• Comfortable using multiple systems and web-based tools, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to participate on camera for meetings and training
• Ability to read scripts aloud clearly, accurately, and with proper enunciation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate customer conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, or call center experience
• Experience meeting performance or productivity goals
• Bilingual skills (English, Spanish, French, or other languages, depending on program needs)
