We are expanding a SaaS giant's Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team and looking for driven sales professionals to join as Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM) Digital Sales, SMB North America.
Location: Remote, India

- 2+ years of IT/Software/SaaS sales experience in end to end sales.
- Proven experience acquiring net-new customers in the SMB segment
- Strong grasp of sales cycle, BANT, objection handling & CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach: 60-70 calls & 40-50 emails/day.
- Volume account management exposure.
- Self-driven and disciplined in a remote work setup
- Graduate (mandatory)
