Territory Manager

• Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing new accounts and increasing business in existing accounts
• Build relationships with medical practices, treatment centers, and other healthcare providers
• Serve as a trusted, strategic partner focused on growth and long-term client relationships
• Manage a book of business with face-to-face travel within the region
• Partner with the clinical team and laboratory to ensure best-in-class support, quality, performance, and accountability

• BA or BS degree from a four-year, accredited university
• 2+ years with a demonstrated track record of continued, progressive sales success
• Healthcare experience required
• Strong cold calling and closing skills
• Prior experience in pain management preferred
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
• Comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings
• Ability to ensure HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies, procedures, and standards are always adhered to
• Ability to ensure administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls are always adhered to

Demonstrates strong sales acumen with a proven track record in healthcare, focusing on client relationship management and compliance with HIPAA standards. Proficient in utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce to drive business growth and maintain accountability.
