Regional Account Manager Western Iowa Territory Join the Titan Pro Team

Titan Pro is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Regional Account Manager to support and grow our dealer network throughout Western Iowa. This field-based role is responsible for building strong dealer partnerships, driving sales growth, providing product and agronomic support, and identifying opportunities to expand Titan Pro's market presence within the assigned territory. This is a field-based position serving the Western Iowa territory.

The role requires regular in-person travel to dealers, customers, meetings, and events within the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers throughout the assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth by partnering with dealers to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement dealer business and marketing plans.
• Recruit and onboard new dealer partners.
• Deliver product, agronomic, and sales training to dealers.
• Support field trials, plot programs, dealer meetings, and customer events.
• Monitor territory performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer support.

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in agronomy, seed, crop protection, fertilizer, crop insurance, agricultural sales, or a closely related area.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required because this position involves regular travel within the assigned territory.

• Experience working directly with agricultural retailers, dealers, or growers.
• Experience presenting training programs and facilitating meetings.

This position is field-based and requires regular travel throughout Western Iowa, including occasional overnight travel and attendance at evening or weekend events as business needs require.
