As the Takeback Specialist, you serve as the key commercial partner to the sales organization, driving Takeback initiatives and supporting business growth. You develop proposals, pricing models, contracts, and strategies that help secure new business and maximize performance. You collaborate with sales teams and customers to identify opportunities and deliver competitive solutions. You also ensure successful implementation and handover of agreements for ongoing operational management.

Your role & influence as a Takeback Specialist
Responsibility:
You will be given responsibility for successfully developing and driving Takeback initiatives in the Benelux market, ensuring growth and strong collaboration with the sales organization. You design and implement Takeback deals for Dustin in the Benelux markets.

Collaboration
Together with your team, you take care of driving Takeback initiatives and supporting sales performance. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with all sales departments to ensure alignment, share best practices, and deliver measurable results.

Core activities:

Support the sales organization in developing strategies, proposals, and Takeback initiatives

Participate in customer meetings alongside sales representatives to drive engagement and business outcomes

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to growth and market development

Design, implement and support Takeback plan and deals.

Additionally, it's important that you have:

Experience with sales support, business development, or customer engagement

Ability to draft and interpret contracts, quotations, and commercial terms

Skilled in customer interactions and participating in meetings as an advisory partner

Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset, great presentations skills

Fluent in Dutch and English, as you will communicate with multiple stakeholders
