Call Center Sales Representative

OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring Sales Representatives to join our energetic call center team in Henderson, NV.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are ready to learn, we’ll give you the tools and support to succeed! We provide the leads and the training - you bring the motivation!

• $12/hour base pay + Uncapped commission
• Full-time position
• Weekly pay + paid training
• Monday–Friday schedule (approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
• Supportive team environment

• Make outbound calls to residential customers
• Present competitive energy solutions
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Recommend products and services that fit each customer's situation
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and company systems

This position is in-office, with the opportunity to work-from-home once training is complete and established performance and attendance expectations are consistently met. Work-from-home arrangements are subject to management approval.

• Sales, customer service, call center, or cold-calling experience is a plus—but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone presence
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
