Love helping families make the right decision for their child's education?
Join our growing music school as a Student Enrolment Consultant, where you'll guide parents through their enrolment journey and help more children (18 mth - 6 years) experience the joy of music.
As we grow and open new centres, there will be opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities.
SalaryFrom SGD $3,200-4,500/month + monthly & quarterly performance incentives
What You'll Do- Contact warm leads and book trial class appointments (leads provided)
- Guide parents in choosing the right music programme for their child
- Follow up enquiries via phone, Whats App and email
- Convert trial classes into enrolled students
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets
- Improve our enrolment process using AI and automation
- Work closely with our Marketing team to improve lead conversion
- Loves helping people and building relationships
- Is goal-driven and enjoys achieving targets
- Takes initiative and is solution-oriented
- Uses AI tools such as ChatGPT to work smarter
- Is organised, accountable and committed to delivering results
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Early childhood education
- Centre management
- Music education
- Sales, customer success or education consultancy
- 5-day work week
- Able to work 2 weekends
- Up to 2 work-from-home days each week
