Base pay + uncapped commission | Flexible school-hours schedule (approx. 10am-2pm) | Fresno / Clovis preferred, remote considered

This is base pay plus uncapped commission on every job you help close. Roofs are big tickets. One good month here can beat a full-time hourly job somewhere else - working four hours a day from your kitchen table.

We are not looking for a robot reading a script. We are looking for someone who can talk to a homeowner like a neighbor and get them to say yes.

• Follow up on quotes we already gave - these are warm homeowners who asked us to come out
• Call and text new leads fast and get them on the calendar
• Book appointments for our field sales team and confirm them so nobody no-shows
• Re-work our older lead list - there is money sitting in it
• Keep notes clean in the CRM so the rep walks in knowing everything

• You are comfortable on the phone and you actually like people
• You are competitive and you want your pay tied to your results, not the clock
• You are organized and you follow up when you say you will
• Quiet space to work, reliable internet, and a computer
• Sales or customer service background helps - roofing knowledge does not, we teach that

• Base pay so you are never working for free - commission on top with no cap
• Bonus on top of commission when you hit weekly booking targets
• Set your hours inside the 10am-2pm window - built around school pickup
