Sales Specialist – Policy Manager

Pro Sight Financial Association, a leading industry organization, is seeking a Sales Specialist to report to the Group Director of Sales. This role will focus on developing new client relationships and leveraging a proactive approach to understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to their success. The position requires a product expert who can identify business needs and propose solutions for the Policy Manager product.

Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle and customers in the CRM system, demonstrating technology products and solutions, conducting needs assessments, and collaborating with internal teams to shape proposals and solution design. The role also involves staying informed about risk management and compliance market trends to shape strategy.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, at least two years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the financial services sector, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team selling environment. The candidate should also have demonstrated success in creating leads and sales through networking and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 which includes base salary and participation in a commission plan based on individual sales results.
