As a Remote Client Support Representative, you'll help clients understand their available options while delivering a professional, service-focused experience.

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Serve as a professional point of contact for client questions

• Listen to each client's needs and provide clear, personalized guidance

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options

This position combines customer service, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales, with an emphasis on education and helping families make informed decisions.
