Business Development Representative (BDR)
We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment fortune 50 technology company. The rep will be responsible to process quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. With base plus commissions and bonuses, you can easily reach your goals and surpass them!
Location:
Florida, USA.
The BDR's responsibilities include:
- Being persuasive and committed to achieving business goals
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through email, Linked In, and cold calling
- Assessing or creating opportunities for NB's products. Qualifying the prospect and systematically introducing sales to engage further
- Ability to seed ideas, tell product stories to potential customers to draw their attention
- Conducting research on market trends and competitors
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
- Updating the CRM system on a regular basis
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers
- Enthusiastic self-starter, with a strong drive to succeed
- Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Hunter mentality
- Experience in cold communications, client limitations, and inside sales plus!
Requirements include:
- 3 to 6 years of experience
- Proven track record in call handling both incoming and outgoing
- Must have SaaS experience
- Knowledge and experience of Northam and EMEA market segment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Expertise of working in (must)
